Cardio Constraint Match is a decision rule for selecting conditioning by the resources a person actually has. First assess available time and recovery capacity. When time is scarce but recovery capacity is high, shorter high-intensity intervals can provide a time-efficient option. When more time is available but recovery capacity is lower, lower-intensity steady work can add volume with less strain. Then filter the technically suitable choices through adherence: select a modality the person likes, or at least dislikes least, because an unused optimal programme produces no benefit. The method can accommodate sled pushes, kettlebell swings, bike intervals, incline walking or air-bike work. Its output is not one perfect exercise but a repeatable cardio choice aligned with schedule, recovery and preference.
